A new era has begun in 2017 for Shawn Lober Construction. At the end of 2016 Shawn Lober retired and passed the baton to Ted Young and Andrey Chosenko. Between the two partners they have a combined 38 years with the company. Ted and Andrey are continuing the legacy of Shawn Lober Construction by maintaining the same employees and partnership with Kitchens of Diablo. Individually they both have contractors licenses, but together they make an impressive team. Ted keeps the jobs rolling, coordinating schedules and working with the homeowners. While Andrey manages the ordering, and estimating, as well as performs the best carpentry in his field!
